Your Next Step Starts Here.
Coaching, financial literacy, and speaking for people who are ready for their next move and want a straight answer about how to make it.

Meet Adelle
The person behind Next Step Strategies.
Adelle is the person people call when they're stuck. Friends, coworkers, and strangers who heard she actually listens. She started Next Step Strategies because too many smart, capable people never got handed the information or the encouragement they deserved.
Money, careers, starting over: none of it scares her. She'll ask real questions, tell you the truth kindly, and stay on you until the next step actually happens.
Services
What we can work on together.
Financial Literacy
Budgeting, saving, credit, and money habits that hold up in real life. Explained plainly, with no jargon and no judgment.
Career Coaching & Career Change
For anyone at a crossroads. Figure out what you want, what your options really look like, and the specific move to make next.
Consulting
Practical guidance for organizations, schools, and community programs, plus situations that don't fit neatly in a box.

Speaking & Events
Bring real energy to the room.
Adelle doesn't stand on stage and read slides. She reads the room, gets people talking, and sends everyone home with something they can actually use.
Real Experiences
What People Are Saying
This work has always been about people. The rooms, the conversations, and the community around Next Step Strategies.

“Working with Adele gave me the push I needed to stop second guessing myself and actually make a move. She listened, gave me real advice, and helped me look at my next step differently. Her energy makes you feel like you can really do it.”
“Adele has a way of explaining money that actually makes sense. I never felt judged or talked down to. I left our conversation understanding things I should have learned years ago and feeling more confident about my finances.”
“Her energy is everything. She is professional, encouraging, and very easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely wants to see people do better. I walked away motivated and ready to make changes.”
